WHAT TYPE OF INFORMATION IS COLLECTED FROM YOU AND HOW?
As a LIMS system provider, the information we capture is primarily designed to allow communication with prospective clients and provide support for our current clients. AIS use several 3rd party software’s for these purposes, which are listed below along with a brief explanation of their workings:
Zoho Desk & Project
This software provides a customer ticket system that is used for all client support communications with AIS, along with a Project board that is used to manage both internal and client-based projects. Through this process we collect names, email addresses, Job Titles, phone numbers and IP addresses, which allows us to communicate effectively with our client base and provide access to Help Documents for LIMS. NiftyQuoter
This software is used to generate and manage client quotes and directly links with our CRM package. The personal details captured are limited to names, email addresses, phone numbers and Job Titles only. Mailchimp
This software is used for occasional group emails from AIS to it’s client base. The personal details captured are limited to names and email addresses only. For more information, please refer to the Mailchimp Privacy Policy at: https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy
labPortal
labPortal is a web-based portal that securely stores clients’ sample information and data in the cloud, allowing them to easily access it instantly from their own desktop, tablet or phone. Access is restricted by user accounts and the personal details held are limited to names and email addresses.
