Mission Statement

Our Philosophy Is Simple

We wish to provide all customers with the best LIMS possible that fulfils their needs and requirements not only now, but in the years to come. Having worked in laboratory environments ourselves, we understand the importance and are consequently passionate about driving down costs and improving productivity. AIS strive to provide innovative and high quality LIMS solutions to our customers who can, by utilising our software, drive continual improvement and advance in their chosen industries.

This simple but very demanding philosophy remains today and is the key driving force behind all of AIS's staff. As Dr Darkin recently stated at a user group meeting...

"A common misconception about LIMS is that the job is complete when the system goes 'live'. Clearly this is only the first step in a process that must adapt and grow with the changing demands of the users, their workload and the business. Our goal is not a successful implementation, but the implementation of a successful system."
