AIS LIMS USER GROUP MEETING 4th NOVEMBER

Analytical Information Systems Ltd (AIS) will be holding their Annual User Group Meeting on Friday 4^th November, 2016 at Novotel Birmingham Airport.

The Annual User Group Meeting held by AIS Ltd is a high point in the calendar for both the team and the LIMS users. Not only is it a way for users to gain a more detailed understanding of their LIMS software solutions for laboratory applications, but also there will be important information on new developments.

Michelle Idiens, Operations Director at AIS explains what users can gain from the day – “It’s a full day filled with news on the online help and ticket system, plus the new functionality in labPortal. We find that the Workshops in the second part of the day are very well received as it gives users a chance to work on a more detailed level with the software, with experts on hand for advice.” Michelle adds “We always find that the User Group Meetings are as important to us as it is for the users, as feedback helps us continually develop and evolve the software to be even better”.

Workshops scheduled for the day include SQL and views, excel and data exports as well as reporting templates which will help users to get the most out of their own software. Practical demonstrations of how the software can be used is part of the fully integrated support the team at AIS offer on a continual basis.

This User Group Meeting will be that little bit more special as the team are celebrating their 25^th Anniversary with Birthday cake and a raffle as a way of saying ‘Thank You’ to their customers. All users will automatically be entered into a raffle for a chance to win some top prizes including an iPad Pro, Bose Wireless Speaker, Fitbit wristband and Kindle.
