AIS response to COVID-19

As a result of the recent outbreak of the COVID-19 virus, we have implemented measures to not only protect AIS staff but limit the possibility of passing on the virus to any of our clients. These measures have been designed to minimise any impact on the way we work with our client base and we do not currently expect any serious disruption to the services we provide.

  • We have ensured that all staff members have the ability to work from home, with the AIS office at Dunston Business Village closed until further notice.
  • All business travel for AIS staff has been stopped until further notice.
  • All planned client meetings and site visits will either be postponed until restrictions are lifted or carried out remotely via conference calls or screen sharing, web conferencing.  All new communications will be carried out remotely.

We appreciate your understanding during this period and will advise you of any updates to these measures.

Kind regards
